Welcome to Tigrify App ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile application (the “App”), which facilitates social networking and dating between individuals. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the App or other means. Continued use of the App following such changes constitutes your acceptance.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old,
• You have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms,
• You will use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Use of the App is void where prohibited.

3. USER ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information,
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials,
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to the community.

4. USER CONDUCT AND PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose,
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity,
• Harass, stalk, threaten, or abuse other users,
• Post or share content that is offensive, sexually explicit, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate,
• Collect or harvest personal data of other users without consent,
• Use bots, scripts, or automated systems,
• Interfere with the App’s functionality, servers, or networks.

We may suspend or remove your account for violations, without prior notice.

5. CONTENT OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property in the App, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected under copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App without our written consent.

6. LICENSE GRANT

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use only.

7. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

You may upload, submit, or transmit content (e.g., photos, messages) through the App (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute it for the purposes of operating and improving the App.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and agree that it:

• Does not infringe any third-party rights,
• Complies with applicable laws and these Terms.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate at our discretion.

8. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy or reliability of user profiles,
• That any matches will be compatible or successful,
• That the App will be secure or free of bugs or viruses.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App,
• Unauthorized access to your data,
• Content or conduct of any user.

9. TERMINATION OF USE

You may terminate your account at any time by uninstalling the App or using in-app account deletion options. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in harmful behavior.

Upon termination, your license to use the App ends, but sections such as Content Ownership, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law will survive.

10. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the “Effective Date” above and/or through in-app notifications. Your continued use after such changes means you accept the revised Terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Illinois, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. If you reside outside this jurisdiction, you waive any claims under other jurisdictions.
